This Working Agreement sets out the terms under which Peace and Minds Counselling Group UK ("we", "us", "our") provides counselling services, digital products, and related services through our website, email, Instagram, and other online platforms. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is formed when:
You make an offer to purchase a product or service (for example, by clicking “Buy”, booking a session, completing checkout, or sending a direct message or email requesting services), and
We accept your offer by confirming your booking, issuing a confirmation email, invoice, or otherwise confirming acceptance in writing.
Contracts may be formed via our website, email, Instagram, or other online platforms.
4. Description of Services and Products
We provide professional counselling and therapy services, including individual sessions, group sessions, workshops, and bundled service plans. We may also provide digital products or downloadable resources.
Full descriptions of each service or product, including format, duration, and any relevant limitations, is provided before purchase.
5. Pricing and VAT
All prices are displayed clearly before purchase.
Prices will state whether VAT is included, where applicable.
Any additional charges (such as delivery or processing fees) will be shown before you complete payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Payment Methods and Timing

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

It is your responsibility to attend sessions at the agreed time.

Digital products will be delivered electronically via email or download link after payment is received.
8. Cancellation, Cooling-Off, and Refund Policy
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of purchase.
For counselling services, by booking a session within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that the service may begin during this period. Once a session has been delivered, the right to a refund for that session is lost.
Our Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Bundled Plans
Bundled or multi-session plans must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
Unused sessions after 6 months will expire and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Refunds and Complaints
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at info@peaceandmindscounselling.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them promptly and fairly.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
