We aim to be transparent about fees so you can make an informed choice about counselling.

Standard Counselling Sessions

• Initial consultations last for 45-minutes and are free of charge. Initial consultations are bookable once and there is no obligation to continue afterwards

• £65 per 50-minute session

• Delivered online or by telephone

• Fees apply unless otherwise agreed in advance

Any agreed concessions or reduced fees will be discussed openly and reviewed periodically. Fees reflect professional training, experience, ongoing supervision, and ethical responsibilities.

Fees are discussed at the outset of counselling.

Pre-Paid Session Bundles (Optional)

Pre-paid sessions are offered for convenience and flexibility. They do not require a commitment to ongoing counselling.

3-Session Bundle

• £180

• 3 x 50-minute sessions

• Online or telephone counselling

6-Session Bundle

• £360

• 6 x 50-minute sessions

• Online or telephone counselling

Bundled sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds (Summary)

• Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or rescheduled

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

• Pre-paid bundles are refundable on a pro-rata basis if counselling ends early

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Important Information

• Counselling is voluntary and based on ongoing consent

• You are free to pause or end counselling at any time

• This service does not provide crisis or emergency support

Reduced Fees & Financial Considerations

We understand that financial circumstances can change. A small number of reduced-fee sessions may be available for those experiencing financial difficulty.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking, by card or Klarna.

Cancellations & Changes

• Sessions cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more can usually be rescheduled.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are usually chargeable, as the session time cannot be reallocated.
