Peace and Minds Counselling work in partnership with organisations to support mental health, wellbeing, and emotional resilience across communities and workplaces.
Services are tailored to organisational needs, designed to complement existing provision, reduce pressure on overstretched teams, and offer ethical, professional support where it is most needed.

We provide support to GP practices and community organisations by offering:
Short- and medium-term counselling support for patients experiencing emotional distress
Supplementary counselling to help reduce pressure on waiting lists
Ethical, confidential support delivered in line with BACP standards
Flexible arrangements to suit local demand and referral pathways
This work is intended to support patient wellbeing while easing pressure on primary care services.

Peace and Minds Counselling offer wellbeing and mental health support for schools, colleges, and educational settings, including:
Mental health awareness and wellbeing training for teaching and support staff
Support focused on SEN teams, pastoral staff, and key safeguarding roles
On-site or online counselling sessions for staff wellbeing
Supplementary counselling provision for staff working with high emotional demand
Support can be delivered as a weekly session allocation or a time-limited programme, designed in consultation with the setting.
