This Fees and Cancellation Policy explains our counselling fees, bundled session options, and cancellation and refund arrangements. It should be read alongside our Working Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. Standard Counselling Fees

The standard fee for counselling is:

  • £65 per 50-minute session
    (Online or telephone counselling)

This fee applies unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Fee Reviews and Concessions

  • Any agreed concessions or reduced fees will be discussed openly.

  • Concessions may be reviewed periodically.

  • Fees reflect professional training, experience, ongoing supervision, and ethical responsibilities.

Fees are discussed at the outset of counselling to support informed choice.

2. Pre-Paid Session Bundles

Pre-paid counselling sessions are offered for convenience and flexibility. They are optional and do not require a commitment to ongoing counselling.

Participation in counselling is voluntary and based on ongoing consent.

3-Session Bundle

  • Price: £180

  • Format: Online or telephone counselling

  • Session length: 50 minutes each

These sessions are delivered via telephone using the number you provide, or online where agreed.

6-Session Bundle

  • Price: £360

  • Format: Online or telephone counselling

  • Session length: 50 minutes each

3. Use of Bundled Sessions

  • Bundled sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • You are free to pause or end counselling at any time.

4. Refunds for Pre-Paid Sessions

  • Pre-paid session bundles are refundable on a pro-rata basis if counselling ends early.

  • Unused sessions will be refunded pro-rata.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

In most cases, refunds do not apply to sessions that have already taken place.

5. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions without notice are charged in full.

6. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days.

Where counselling sessions are booked within this period, you acknowledge that the service may begin during the cooling-off period. Once a session has been delivered, the right to a refund for that session is lost.

7. Non-Emergency Service Disclaimer

This service does not provide crisis or emergency support.

If you are in immediate danger or require urgent help, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.
