At Peace and Minds Counselling, we believe that genuine support comes from both professional training and lived experience. Our counsellors bring clinical expertise alongside personal understanding of life’s challenges, allowing us to work with empathy, sensitivity, and care.

We understand how difficult it can feel to reach out for counselling. That’s why we offer a safe, respectful space where clients are heard without judgement and supported at their own pace.

You can access our services from anywhere in the UK, whether that's through secure online sessions or telephone counselling — whatever feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

In addition to individual counselling, Peace and Minds Counselling provides tailored mental health support for businesses, schools, colleges, and universities across the UK. Our work with organisations focuses on emotional wellbeing, resilience, and accessible mental health care. This includes staff wellbeing support, organisational mental health training, confidential remote counselling solutions and more. We are agile and scope alongside your needs.

Who’s welcome here?

If you're longing for someone understanding to talk to, facing long waits for other mental health support, or just ready to make some positive changes in your life, we're here to listen and help.

If you feel that you are in need of talking to someone, experiencing lengthy delays in referrals to mental health support, or you are considering making changes in your situation, you can talk to us.

Worried about the cost? We don’t discriminate.

We understand that money can sometimes stand in the way of getting the support you need. If you're a student, over 65, or receiving means-tested benefits (like Personal Independence Payments, Universal Credit, Armed Forces support, and others), just get in touch – we offer reduced rates where possible, depending on your situation and eligibility, because we believe everyone deserves access to caring therapy.
