Counselling can support concerns such as anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem, relationships, work pressures, grief, trauma, and life transitions. You don’t need a diagnosis to attend.

You will work with qualified and registered counsellors and members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Yes. Practice follows the BACP Ethical Framework, including confidentiality, client autonomy, fairness, and ongoing professional supervision.

One-to-one counselling sessions are offered online via secure video platform or telephone call. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and can be short-term or open-ended.

Sessions can be booked directly through the website and is managed securely through Calendly. You’ll be able to view available appointment times and choose one that suits you.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details you need to join your online session, including the secure video link.
