Working in partnership with public sector bodies, educational settings, healthcare providers, and businesses, we tailor counselling provision, wellbeing support, and mental health education to complement your existing services and relieve pressure on overstretched systems.
All work is delivered in line with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy’s Ethical Framework, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, safeguarding, inclusivity, and professional accountability. Provision is flexible, scalable, and costed by enquiry help us align with your organisation’s need, budget, and context.
Partnership Offer for Local Authorities & Commissioners
Peace and Minds Counselling intends on being able to support local authorities, commissioning bodies, and public sector organisations through targeted, ethical mental health provision. This includes:
Supplementary counselling services to support individuals on waiting lists
Short- to medium-term counselling interventions aligned with referral pathways
Staff wellbeing and emotional resilience support
Mental health education and reflective practice spaces
Provision will be commissioned as:
A fixed weekly or monthly counselling allocation
A time-limited programme responding to identified demand

All services are delivered with clear governance, safeguarding procedures, and outcome monitoring appropriate to commissioned work.

Peace and Minds Counselling aims to provide wellbeing and counselling support for healthcare and frontline workers, including:

Public service and key worker groups
Support is designed to address emotional fatigue, burnout, moral distress, and work-related stress through confidential counselling and reflective spaces.
